Which form do I need?
Please fill in every box unless it says (optional).
Please give your phone number, email address and address. If the phones and internet are down, your address means someone can come and knock on your door. The rest helps us find you.
Tick every area you could help in – more than one if you live between two places. Tick "Alston Moor – anywhere" if you can help anywhere on the Moor.
We keep your details private. Only the AMERG core group can see them. If you give an email address, once the core group has checked your offer we will email you a login, so you can see any jobs you are asked to help with.
